In the middle of the carriage way in front of No1

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4312676.

A "series" of deep ruts causes vehicles to bounce along the road which sets up serious vibration which shakes my home (no3) and creates shaking throughout the house. Articulated tipper trucks pass over the ruts starting from approx. 4:00 a.m. and make a tremendous noise. the problem was reported precovid but have worsened.
