Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4311072.
Today 4am i was driving dive from Manchester to stoke. When i enter in Congleton on mancester street, i try to avoid the water from the streert and hit the edge from the middle of the road. Due to heavy rain and missing sign the edge was not vissible. As you can see in the pictures the sign is not in place. After the collision driver front wheel deflated instantly the rear in the following 2min, it also damage the front alloy. 30 min later another car hit the same edge and deflated both driver side tyres.
