The blocked drain I have been reporting for months is flooded again tonight

This blocked gully has never been addressed since I started reporting it before Christmas. The road is now flooded again and the water is being splashed into my house by passing traffic. You have repeatedly ignores these notifications and constantly lied about fixing items
