Gully outside 2 Kinsey St - opposite derelict church

Reported via desktop in the Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 15:42, Monday 13 March 2023

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4308431.

Pothole was fixed - brilliant. But it was noticed by a supervisor that the gully is dropped and at that time (and since) is absolutely full of dried earth, therefore NOT draining. Today (Monday 13th March) when any vehicles drive up Kinsey Street - they cannot miss driving through the grid because of parked cars and water is splashing up the front wall of 2 Kinsey Street. 2 Kinsey Street has a cellar which we do not want flooded by this excess water.
