Entrance to 1 Fairfax Drive and pavements to left and right of same address

The entrance to the drive is wearing away and is a trip hazard. The pavements are totally green with moss which is a slip hazard and the part near the tree to the left of 1 Fairfax (as you look at the house) is extremely uneven because of tree roots . All present hazards when walking - it is impossible to use the pavements really.
