Broken footboard on the bridge over the Wheelock Rail Trail, Wheelock Sandbach

I attach a photograph of a rotten footboard that urgently needs replacing on the footbridge for pedestrians and cyclists that crosses the Wheelock Rail Trail from Hind Heath Lane. The structure is a Highway Structure. I recommend that all the footboards on the bridge are checked for rot. The bridge is very well used and so the work is urgent.
