Drainage and sinking of pavement and curb

This is obviously a historic sinking from the photos but it has come to light from contractors on site that this is a big issue. Please can someone come and look at it asap.

You can see from the photos that the pavement and curb have dropped over time and concern over sink hole. I think some work was done on it in the past so you may be aware.
