1. This Cherry Tree has never been prune in the last 37 years and is in very poor condition. 2. Fungus is spreading in a number of locations on the tree. 3. The roots of the tree have been damaging the the grass verge, pavement and driveway. 4. Because of the tree roots in the verge land the grass is no longer mown. 5. The lower branches of the tree impede pedestrians on the foot path and can scratch the car reversing out of the driveway.
