Where Prestbury Road was resurfaced around a year ago (25th January 2022) opposite 120 Prestbury Road (SK10 3BN).

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4229888.
On 16/02/2022 I raised issue reference 3316710 (although it also seems to be referred to as 10010355 in some of your e-mails) which was set to "in progress" on both 06/07/2022 and 10/08/2022 (for some reason) and then conveniently set to completed/fixed on 03/02/2023, just before its one year anniversary, all without anything actually happening to change things on the carriageway.
On 06/07/2022 I was even told I'd be contacted about it, but nothing happened even then.
The issues are exactly as they were before, except that the noise and vibration from the fault are now much worse. Here's my original report for convenience:
Where Prestbury Road was recently resurfaced (25th January 2022) opposite 120 Prestbury Road (SK10 3BN) the contractors have left a hump in the road, effectively raising it up to one grid, which is towards the middle of the road, but leaving two others below the new surface of the road, in the gutter. The two recessed gutter grids and the hump mean that passing traffic now thumps over this area very noisily, especially vans, coaches and HGVs. In addition to this the hump also prevents rainwater draining, as it can not reach the two grids in the gutter, and so it collects in the dip next to the hump meaning that pedestrians are getting splashed by passing traffic (just ask the NHS staff who park in the Conservative Club car park). This is already getting muddy too, as the water splashes out or eventually evaporates. It also appears that there is a lot of tarmac in the grid that is inset into the pavement, presumably from the recent works, which is clearly adding to the constant flooding of Prestbury Road at this point (see photograph)."
Obviously I haven't wasted my time taking another photograph as nothing has been done.
