Gulleys blocked again on Manchester Road from Hill Top Ave down towards Wilmslow. Please clear before it rains as this will otherwise cause flooding at the bottom of Manchester Road. CEC should consider more regular maintenance of these (previously told every two years was sufficient which evidently it isn't).
