Layby on the A51 Cheerbrook Bypass.

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4210143.

The 3 black wheelie bins in the layby are being fly tipped, and the rubbish that has come out of the bins is not being picked up when they are emptied.
