Manhole grid sinking into tarmac opposite partridge close on Telford court side of the road
Reported via mobile in the Pothole category anonymously at 12:31, Sat 4 February 2023
Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4202797.
This manhole grid is sinking. It’s located opposite the entrance to partridge close on the Telford court side of the carriageway on dunwoody way. The tarmac around it is breaking down and has been getting worse for months now. The outer area has broken down and sunk that much, that it has become a pot hole and the grid cover is now loose. This causes a very loud metallic bang when driven over, which is even louder at night time when it’s quiet. The sound of this is that loud it makes you jump if you drive over it, and will be a nuisance to all the residents that live around there. Especially those in the Telford court care home right next to it.
