The drainage guttering on the pedestrian part of Grove Street at the Water Lane end.

This guttering protecting the drainage channel has been a problem for years. However, there has been a major deterioration. The attached photos were taken at 10.30 am on 4 February. They are currently dangerous, especially to anyone who is partially sighted or who has mobility problems. It actually looks like vandalism rather than wear and tear.
