Sunken manhole

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4201551.

New carriage way, road just laid. Carriageway heading towards Macclesfield, opposite business park there is a manhole cover that is significantly lower than the newly laid asphalt which caused cars to swerve to avoid - water and continued use will create pothole - needs to be fixed by contractor - work is sub-standard/not fit for purpose
