Litter in the layby and surrounding area

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4200976.

Please can all the litter be removed from this layby and the areas surrounding the layby? There is litter all along this stretch of road that needs to be removed as well please. I think the bins should be removed and the layby closed as it constantly being misused.
