I have jousted with you before about the dimensions of the tree outside our houses. Your inspectors always come back with the same statements about the plant's serviceability. Well here are two photographs depicting the level of detritus that the tree sheds. It is litter, in one sense, but as some of the limbs that descend from a height from the Lime tree are of significant dimensions this is not just a litter issue. Some of the these lumps of wood are a danger to anything passing beneath the, my car on the drive and my house. The sprue is widespread down the drive and into my porch, the picture speak for themselves. You have claimed ownership and defended this huge tree well perhaps now you can clean up after its careless, threatening behaviour. If only the tree was not so tall and an exercise was carried out to promote new growth it would be less littering and lose its menace.
