Highways Newsletter programme lists that footway repairs are planned in Qtr4 'outside Nowell Meller Solicitors 131/131a Crewe Rd- not started'. May I clarify - Nowell Meller are situated above The Vault 19 Crewe Rd. 131/131a Crewe Rd are residential properties. This photo is pavement outside BOD, damaged when the building was converted from Wooliscroft Solicitors to the bar. When will this be repaired? Are BOD owners liable for it? My friend cannot push her husband's wheelchair over this section.
