Our neighbour from no 37 Bebbington Way he is known for anti-social behaviour and he is in the middle of being evicted. But he now has a big dog which he beats as we can hear the god crying very often and also he never picks up his foul! The rear car park is surrounded by lawn and all across the lawn there’s his dog’s poo absolutely everywhere! He’s been seen by all the neighbours in this building. Could you please help ?
