POSSIBLE DANGER TO THE PUBLIC_ Groundworks /underpinning? being carried out at rear of Wheelock Street middlewich mechanical crane/bucket on caterpillar track and six men pilling against walkway with no warning to pedestrians-work being carried out next to wall with large coppings if retaining wall collapses it could kill child/adult & animal!
