Drainage issue damaging property and garden

Hi this problem has been reported and is since getting worse. I cant find anywhere to ask for an update I can only see that on the 28th of October it said work would be carried out. This flooding seems to happen even when there is no rain. Cars are driving through this flood at speed and due to the depth of water it is throwing water over my car and garden and damaging it. From what I can see the road is dipped slightly towards my house and the drain is in the wrong location therefore not draining any water when it rains. My house is to the left of where the car is driving through the water. Please could anybody help with an update?
