Love Lane Farm

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4178352.

At night there is a bright white spotlight which dazzles users of Love Lane after dark. It is on the car park of Love Lane Farm (Thornhill's), currently used by a white lining firm as a depot. Probably a Planning matter, but there are highways issues. If necessary could you inform planning enforcement, but needs investigating by highways in the first place to identify if there is a highways issue.
