On the road at 30 and 35 Broad Walk

There are no parking restrictions and Monday to Friday this section of the road is lined either side with cars. These are cars of people that park early morning and walk into Wilmslow, returning after hours. The area is so congested that cars have started to block driveways of residents. I attach 2 photos showing this. I have more if required. Is it possible to extend the yellow line further down Broad Walk to restrict parking at certain times? Alternatively, is it possible to have white lines to mark the restrictions across driveways. Access to driveways is very difficult and deliveries/visitors have no parking. The issue has been ongoing and progressively getting worse over the last 2 years.
