Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4176702.

Member of the public contacted me regarding the amount of dog fouling that is taking place here. BR5 Holmes Chapel is currently temporarily closed but people are continuing to walk their dogs here. There is no through route, they walk along and then come back to Saltersford Corner. The reporter said there is a lot of dog fouling. A dog bin somewhere on Saltersford Corner is required.
