Footpath/tree

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4172312.

I have complained about the uneven footpath on the corner of fields road outside No 13 many times and nothing has been done. It is dangerous. When will it be sorted? At the end of last year a gentleman from cheshire east came out and took photos of the footpath and a yellow ‘tag’ on the tree number 00492. He thought that the tree had slipped through the ‘net’. Can you please explain what the tag means.
