Doug fouling

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4171129.

Dogs are being walked off leads and are running across private front gardens and fouling. The owners are not keeping control of their dog. A children’s park is located in the vicinity, so loose dogs pose a risk to them also.
