Access on to Meadowbank Avenue from crewe road

Good afternoon
I’m a resident of farriers green in sandbach and live on Meadowbank Avenue, CW114QL. I want to bring to your attention a significant safety concern I have regarding crewe road and the filter lane which has been created for access on to Meadowbank Avenue.
On a daily basis at all times of day and night the filter lane is used by traffic coming from Sandbach town turning right at the traffic lights going on to Hind Heath road. The cars travel at speed from the direction of Sandbach town and cut over in to this boxed junction which is where the safety aspect comes in to it which myself and other local farriers green residents have encountered.
The two main issues we have encountered are:
1. When travelling from wheelock village and approaching the boxed junction to be able to access farriers green, cars are cutting in to the boxed junction across us or already queuing up inside the boxed junction to access Hind Heath road. 2. When we have been waiting inside the boxed junction to access Meadowbank Avenue, cars from Sandbach town have come speeding down on the wrong side of the road attempting to use the boxed junction and there has been a couple of near misses with myself and a couple of other residents. The road is on a slight hill so the visual aspect makes it more dangerous.
A proposed planning application was submitted in December 2022 for a future housing development on zan industrial estate with the access route being through Meadowbank Avenue. As you can appreciate this is a concern as this will create even more traffic on to an already busy road with more people using this boxed junction and I fear it’s only a matter of time until an accident may happen.
Please see attached photographs and short video of an example. I’m happy to send more but perhaps a site visit from yourself would confirm the above.
I would appreciate your urgent attention with this matter.
