The drains are leaking out onto the road and footpath, this happens everytime there is rain and the drain can't cope, but with no rain the water is now coming up, leaking halfway across a very busy Rd so cars are having to go on the wrong side of the road, the footpath is full of water that has turned to ICE and is dangerous, I've fallen over, others may also have. When the road is dry you can see a dip in the road where the drains are collapsing/collapsed.
