Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4150284.

The road surface under the railway bridge is littered with potholes. Too many to count and too dangerous to try and count on foot. Flooding is regular and causes the road surface to disintegrate. It is dangerous and will cause vehicle damage if not rectified. This a danger and the Health and Safety Act may be used if action is not taken
