Broken grid

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4138613.

Grid on road is broken, when cars go over it makes hell of a noise, sounded like gun shots I live on estate next to dunwoody way and even I can hear it. Also the condition is getting much worse and road around it appears to be breaking away.
