Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4138128.

Bulb was replaced around 3 months ago, it's now gone again for a number of weeks it's dark after 5 pm and you can't see 2 meters Infront of you there's children who can't play out and elderly and disabled people who are at serious risk of trips and falls please make this urgent as it should of been repaired 17th December it's now nearly a month
