This problem of leaves. And twigs and branches has been a problem for yrs. There is no way a wheel chair user could use this pavement. Cannot even see the slop to cross thd road. Very slippy. And someone is going to fall or slip. The trees are over hanging far too low and are never trimmed back. Branches. Twigs. And leaves all in the gutter. Blocking grids.
