Grange Way as you come off the estate just before the give way white lines

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4134448.

Pot hole that appeared a few moths ago (and the same pot hole reported 12 months ago and fixed by the council) has now re-appeared and is approx 45cm x 50cm in size. Loose debris in hole and over tarmac surface adjacent. Hole approx 6-8cm deep. Needs a proper fix this time.
