Lane completely flooding after heavy rain

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4130673.

Driving towards knutsford left lane completely floods every time after heavy rain just where road is at its lowest near Red Brook. It's 50mph road and this might cause a tragic accident. Surface water has nowhere to escape there and just needs letting it go into the nearby river.
