Turning left from Wrinehill Road on to Bridge Street

It seems a maintenance vehicle has dropped some kind of stone and concrete mixture all across the junction. It is avoidable for some road users but I’d be concerned about people on bikes and motorbikes in the dark as the substance is dark grey. It’s appeared in the last 24 hours as I use this route regularly
