Colshaw drive by entrance to ladybrook grove from main road and Barton close car park entrance and car park to right of Barton close entrance

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4107782.

Gully or drains are blocked and water has flooded all the way across the carriageway and now entering Barton close car park entrance, so much so that I refuse to drive my car out. Water is now rising from gulley drain situated in the centre of the car park on the right if Barton close car park entrance as the drain is completely full of water
