Arthur Boon Playground

Dear Team,

I would like to make an official complaint about anti-social behaviour. Myself, my mother and 2 children went to the Arthur Boon Playground on 22nd December around 4:30 PM. It clearly says on the plaque that no dogs are allowed. However there were 2 men who had a dog without a leash on the field inside the playground. They were throwing a ball to the dog to bring back and training her on the children's playground! When it was indicated to them that this is a children's playroom and no dogs are allowed, they started to be extremely rude and answered: What is your problem? Everyone comes here with the dogs. Why have you picked up on me? What are you staring at? They never left and kept training their dog. Myself and my children felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. I would like to raise this issue and this matter to be investigated.
