Flooding outside the big gates at the bottom outside no5. Unable to park outside my driveway if football is on ( which is Nearly every night) because people park everywhere.i can't get my kids out as I get out to a huge puddle so end up parking up the road where I can find space. And dragging the kids down. We're at the bottom of a hill we collect it all it's cover's the footpath please. Literally every time it rains...please can you just try and clear it suck it out ...work your magic! . It's takes a lot of battering being at the bottom of the hill You would make my year!! Please!!!! I'm so fed up off it ... We've been here 4 years and have been unable to get this resolved. I'm sick of wet feet. It's all Also a drop curb we have a gentleman in a wheelchair who then has to go around the main road and go up there.

Updates

  • Thank you for contacting Cheshire East Highways. We have logged your enquiry and passed it to a member of our team.

Our teams are working hard to manage and respond to reports from members of the public.

We are currently experiencing an increase in demand of reported issues along with a temporary reduction in available staff due to Covid-related sickness and self-isolation.

During this time and until the situation improves, we will be prioritising those issues that present most risk to the travelling public. While we normally aim to provide you with a response within 20 working days, response times for all other reported issues may take longer than usual.

    Thank you for your patience.
