Chester Road flooded again and water coming in my front door

The drain is still blocked causing flooding. The traffic is driving through the flood splashing the water in to my house via front door. This has been repeatedly reported but no action taken to date. I will be parking my car illegally to stop the water splash. I have informed MIDDLEWICH town council so I do not get a parking tickets
