Drainage ditch not maintained under LDA 1

Stating in progress is unacceptable this ditch is in such a poor state it is NOT compliant with the Land Drainage Act despite numerous claims of in progress it remains in an appalling state, not working and is putting water on to our land and adding to flooding it is simply gross negligence, failure of a duty of care, failure to accept that this negligence is causing additional flooding issues

CEBC have not touched this drainage ditch since 2002 if ever ignoring its duty under the land drainage act
