Garden waste thrown over boundary from 150 Canal Rd into the garden of 152 Canal Rd

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4086933.

Neighbour has been throwing garden waste over the boundary for the past few years. This has included branches from trees and weeds that they have collected or pulled from their garden. It is also our belief that they have sprayed weedkiller onto plants in our garden. The neighbour also cuts overhanging branches from our trees, which we understand they can do, but throws the branches into our garden. In some cases the branches are not cut and are broken and left to hang in the trees. A recent video has been provided that shows waste being thrown over the boundary.
