Holly Lane - opposite The Laurels & Chestnut Tree Farm

Reported via mobile in the Carriageway category anonymously at 15:52, Sunday 1 January 2023

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4074412.

Stretch of road is unsafe for cyclists, walkers & horse riders - potholes and can’t be seen when full of water. HGV’s using Holly Lane that shouldn’t be and they have also pushed grass verge back, verge has been removed. Remedial work required. Thank you.

Updates

  • Thank you for contacting Cheshire East Highways. We have logged your enquiry and passed it to a member of our team.

Our teams are working hard to manage and respond to reports from members of the public.

We are currently experiencing an increase in demand of reported issues along with a temporary reduction in available staff due to Covid-related sickness and self-isolation.

During this time and until the situation improves, we will be prioritising those issues that present most risk to the travelling public. While we normally aim to provide you with a response within 20 working days, response times for all other reported issues may take longer than usual.

    Thank you for your patience.
