Second reporting road completly flooded.

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4067120.

The whole carriageway is flooded to 6" depth. Making it unpassable for pedestrians and full of risks for cyclists. This is the second time this has been reported, I can only surmise that the gulley cleaning done during the summer needs to be repeated or an alternative system of drainage be considered.
