Bollards in abnormal load pull in missing AGAIN !!

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4050265.

The screw in bollards have now all disappeared and we have 4 movable bollards which since the last ab load passed through yesterday have not been put back. So we now already have vehicles parked in the pull in blocking the view for traffic exiting Melton Drive onto the 40mph main A54. A problem which the residents have complained about for 5 years or more.
