Drain manhole cover loose - on road outside number 72

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4015394.

The road surrounding this drain was fixed in September 2022 but is deteriorating again and the manhole cover is loose. Loud clanking noise when traffic goes over it causing noise and vibration disturbance to nearby houses.
