Several street lights out along West Lane

Reported via desktop in the Light Out category by Doreen Walker at 13:01, Sun 4 December 2022

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4013729.

Also a street light needs replacing opposite the entrance to The Avenue. This was reported a long time ago. It also had a sign to St John's Church on it.

Updates

  • Thank you for contacting Cheshire East Highways. We have logged your enquiry and passed it to a member of our team.

Our teams are working hard to manage and respond to reports from members of the public.

We are currently experiencing an increase in demand of reported issues along with a temporary reduction in available staff due to Covid-related sickness and self-isolation.

During this time and until the situation improves, we will be prioritising those issues that present most risk to the travelling public. While we normally aim to provide you with a response within 20 working days, response times for all other reported issues may take longer than usual.

    Thank you for your patience.

  • I think there are two lights still out. A new post has been installed opposite the entrance to The Avenue No 14 but was not lit last night. There was a sign to St John's Church on that lamp post which hasn't been replaced. No 15 was also out last night.
