Blocked drain

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4013314.

Grid completely blocked with compacted gravel causing flooding to run down Grimshaw Rd. Foul smell has been there for years but never resolved. Disappointing since so many children walk past on the route to school.
