Stannerhouse Lane
Reported via desktop in the Carriageway category by Betchton Parish Council at 01:02, Fri 25 November 2022
Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3991816.
This lane is inaccessible for regular traffic. On the face of it, it would appear to be a short cut between A533 and Betchton Road, Malkins Bank; however recently an ambulance was directed there to an incident but needed to be towed out.
Temporary signs have now been put in place, but it is important that contact is made with Sat Nav companies to stop directing traffic into this lane. And could the signs be made permanent.
