Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3990781.

Whenever it rains the cut de sac becomes flooded with lots of standing water on the road and pavements. This has been a problem since we moved in (nearly 2 years). The gully / drain must be blocked as standing water starts to form even after a small amount of rain.
