Flooding across pedestrian crossing points, footway and road. Excessive ponding with carriageway causes vehicles to shed significant amounts of water onto pedestrians. Immediate danger to pedestrian and vulnerable people as crossing is essentially inaccessible. Problem appears to have been ongoing for numerous years without resolution.
