Road and pavement keep flood

The road and pavement keep flooding whenever there is rain , even when not that heavy. Walkers get splashed by cars not slowing down enough and the water clearly goes into someone’s garden and may possibly damage their drive if it left to go on for months, as it has been. When the water floods the pavement it means people have to wade through filthy water. Seems very odd that this has been left so long as it can make access to the train station very difficult for walkers from the north side of town.
